These tasty MILO® Bliss Balls are a great snack to have on hand at home or when out and about. They are easy to make and a convenient snack to keep you going for wherever you are. What's even better is that a serve of 2 MILO® Bliss Balls provides 8 grams of protein and a source of fibre. Try this recipe out today!

INGREDIENTS:

  • • 1 ¼ cup (175g) hazelnuts
  • • ¼ cup UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Oats
  • • 10 (230g) pitted fresh medjool dates
  • • 3/4 cup (200g) natural peanut butter, no added salt or sugar
  • • 3-4 tbsp hot water
  • • ¼ cup (20g) desiccated coconut (for rolling)
  • • ¼ cup (35g) MILO® (for rolling)

METHOD

Place hazelnuts in a food processor and process until fine crumbs form. Add MILO® and process to combine.

Add dates and peanut butter, process until combined. Add enough water to bring the mixture together.

Using wet hands; roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls.

Roll half the Bliss balls in coconut and half the Bliss balls in MILO®.
