What goes better together than MILO® and banana? This simple MILO® & Banana Shake provides both protein for building muscles* and carbohydrates to fuel your body, suitable to enjoy before or after sport and exercise. With such a simple recipe, this one is for everyone to enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

  • • 1 cup reduced fat milk
  • • 0.5 cup natural yoghurt
  • • 1/3 cup (40g) MILO®
  • • 1 medium banana, chopped

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth, thick and creamy
