Make breakfast fun on the weekends with MILO® Toast; a delicious twist on the classic French Toast recipe! Use wholemeal bread to boost the fibre content and serve with fresh fruit to provide vitamin C.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup reduced fat milk
  • 1/4 cup NESTLÉ MILO®
  • 8 slices wholemeal bread

METHOD

  • Combine eggs, milk and MILO®, beat well.
  • Heat fry pan, lightly grease. Dip bread into egg mixture and place in frypan, cook each side until golden.
  • Serve hot with fresh, diced fruit i.e. strawberries, banana, blueberries.
