  • 1 cup reduced fat milk
  • 0.5 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup (40g) MILO®
  • 1 medium banana, chopped


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
  • Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
